I have always liked Flannels but charging for delivery and then we get charged again to return goods is a disgrace. Sorry but had to say it....

Item is very good, but when I rang up the assistance, she could not describe the Item, nor on the Webstea, thre was adequte description.

Not very happy. Items arrived with security tags left on. I have returned two items and am awaiting their return back to me

Delivery of goods is very slow compare to other retailers, also there are no free returns like most of the other online retailers offer.

Would have gave 5 stars but delivery Is not up to speed, most other online retailers are next day delivery and the price you pay for delivery should be next day

Sometimes they send item with less care of packaging which is not nice to buy expensive items from them. Once they sent me a faulty items and they didn't refund postages which is not a nice way. If they could have these things better I'd happy to recommend to others about this shop. Best regards,

loved my fur trimmed poncho but was very disappointed in the way it was packaged .It was very expensive and it arrived in just a plastic bag , no tissue or boxed .Flannels sells high end goods and this should be reflected in the way they arrive to customers ,maybe they should checkout how is done by Net a Porter or even Marks and Spencers packaging is far superior

Was happy with the quality of the products. . My only complaint would be with the returns procedure. I wanted to return an item as it was too small, but was told I couldn't return it to my local shop and had to return by post. The postage cost me £7.50. Most online retailers pay for delivery on returns.

Great site but 5 days to receive goods is pretty disappointing when you compare to the likes of Mr Porter & Matches where it is next day delivery 100% of the time, recently received a Canali suit with all security tags still in so 5 days waiting then have to go and spend my time in returning it!

Ordered a number of suits on line which seem to be good quality and fit and incredible value as ordered from the clearance section. Yet to wear them as all of them need the hems adjusting. Biggest issue is delivery, they use Yodel who in my opinion are rubbish. They have an on line tracking system which gives bad and confusion information. The package was returned to the local depot without any attempt to deliver on the first day. Some courier companies give a half hour time range when the delivery is to be made, which is really a really useful feature. The other issue is that one of the suits still has the security tags fitted. So I have either to go to a store or return it to have them removed. So expense and inconvenience to sort this out, not good!

Was really happy to find the Rockstud Valentino however the sizing was not as accurate Im a US8 but was advised to take in a UK39 which translated when I received it to a half size bigger. I also would have preferred that Duties and Taxes be included as the amount of I had to pay upon delivery was incredibly big. Although Im happy with the shoe (with insoles now) and Flannels I would be cautious regarding shipping charges.

Refund of returns slow. Cheap courier used for delivery. Other online premium retailers use DPD which give a timed and updated delivery slot. The parcel can be tracked realtime via the Internet whilst it is 'out for delivery' so the customer doesn't have to hang around all day. That is how premium retailers give a premium delivery service. When spending 100's of pounds it is cheap and mean to charge for delivery and then offer a second rate delivery service. Most online retailers offer free delivery, some when over £50 is spent but almost ALL without exception when over £100 is spent. Online customer service could be improved to the level of the majority of others. Regards....

Sent an item back and wanted a different sized item sent as a replacement. Takes too long to process returns.
