Hi, everything OK but, my disappointment is in Account Panel - Order status, order status updates very late. I get my trousers, but in order is still staying status: Ready to ship.

The prices are quite good, especially when there are promotions running, however I have the following issues: 1. Postage costs - quite high 2. Expensive goods poorly packed 3. No box for valuable leather goods 4. Pay to return (all your competitors offer free returns)

Shopping online at flannels was a good experience but delivery time for my item was very poor. Other online clothing stores I've used delivery time was very prompt sometimes next day.

Overall, I consider the experience average. The suit was at a good price and the website is easy to use. However, I paid for next day delivery and the suit was not dispatched until after a week. I think that this could be explained a little clearer that the next day is only a after dispatch time scale. The suit itself is of a good quality and I would use the service again because I like the product rather than the service.

Very pleased with the item, the packing, delivery service and the price paid. The service needs work though. It took 5 days to get the item out (6 days to deliver) and the only feedback until day 5 was that the order was in process, which means nothing. When I called to find out what was happening I gave up after 15 minutes the first two times but then persisted the third time on their 0845 number (between 1p and 10.5p a minute from landlines, and 12p-41p from mobiles) and spoke to someone after 25 minutes on hold with music. This doesn't compare well with other online clothing suppliers. In summary, if it's a bargain and you don't mind slow service it's fine. If paying full price, you should expect better and go elsewhere.

I believe you should offer also express delivery as an option since the standard one requires 5 to 6 working days or 9-10 days of elapsed time to deliver. Moreover, it is quite expensive considering the required delivery time. The package also was just a plastic bag. In the past, the package it was much better.

Wanted to buy one item that was advertised as being in stock, then increased my order by picking a few other items to try and get closer to the free shipping. Once confirmed and ordered I received a cancellation for the main item due to stocking issues. Disappointing.

The sale prices were excellent, but a number of my items that were available on the website were removed from my order later due to stock issues. I appreciate your stock is shared over a number of online sites, but I think that in this day and age your stock levels could be more accurately updated online...

I would have chosen good for the rating however the packaging was terrible the bag arrived with its liner in a black plastic bag ( bin liner ) the bag wasn't fully covered, so the handbag liner was open to the elements they were very fortunate that the liner wasn't dirty or I would have sent the bag back! My wife loved the handbag and it is not the first I've bought from Flannels and probably won't be the last, but I would have to think hard about ordering one online unless their packaging policy was looked at and changed. It would just mean an inconvenient trip to Leeds. If anyone from Flannels reads this, order something from House of Fraser you'll learn how to pack.

hi purchase a moncler polo and returned the garment next day it was delivered as though it had just come out of a wash basket poorly presented and had marks within the fabric so very disappointed the this 100 pound plus item other suppliers present there garments more professionally

Pleased with item, although delivery time could be improved for a better online service. There should be a quicker option for the opportunity of being charged for delivery of such high end clothing. Don't believe Flannels are doing much to improve their stakes with the competition out there.

It is very disappointing to have to pay for postage and returns when all of your competitors offer this free - I would not have bought from Flannels had the item I wanted been available anywhere else because of this. The slow shipping estimate too is very poor 5-7 working days just isn't really acceptable in the current market when, same as above, most competitors offer next day delivery is required. Your infastructure should be improved. But I am very happy with the product. Thx
