Delivery was slow, took 7 days before delivery.. We order many parcels and delivery is normally within 3-4 days.. Other than that the service was fine..

I ordered three tops last week with £6 delivery charge and at last minute it says that my top was out of stock. (Why did it allow me to make that order in first place ??? ) I didn't get the choice to change my item so ended up ordering same top in a size bigger and again ended up paying an extra £6 delivery charge. So now I'm six pound down as you never picked up that my top was out of stock

Delivery is way to slow over 10 days? Not the first time, unlikely to order again due to the delivery issues. Pictures on the website could be clearer. Overall prices are good.

Delivery far to expensive ' and a week for a delivery is ridiculous ' should be next day delivery for the price you pay delivery ????

A bit disappointed to be fair 1 day after ordering you offered an extra 10% off sale goods as a regular customer this should have been made available to me. Love the products disappointed by this aspect

I ordered 2 items on sale which said that it would take 2-3 days to deliver. I ended up having to wait 5 days for the delivery to come. Now I wouldn't mind if it was free, but the fact that I'm paying for a delivery service and the service not being reliable is a disappointment I will not be ordering from flannels anytime soon as with Asos you can get unlimited next day delivery which is a reliable service for £10 a year, I had to pay £6 for one delivery which I had to wait 5 days for (7 including Saturday and Sunday)

Great product, however I justified the quite high delivery charge on the basis that I was ordering 2 items. Unfortunately, I received an email after my order had been placed to say that the second item was now out of stock, and that product had been removed from my order which was very frustrating. I also received a text to say my item had been delivered at 9am, however it hadn't been, and wasn't delivered until 1pm. Overall service was good, however these small elements were disappointing.

Very quick delivery and great packaging. But descriptions of items are incorrect and misleading, promotions are very specific, I.e a promotion for sale items won't include all sale items? Delivery is expensive and only free on a promotion which is likely to specify spending over £125 on new season only.

Yodel were not able to supply an approximate arrival time of delivery on a Saturday and the driver did not have a mobile to contact me. The orange returns label was not in the parcel and I had to phone up which made this overall shopping experience rather poor.

Little disappointed with delivery, it was £6.00 and expected the item in a few days but it took over a week. Had to chase as after a few days had not received an up-date. Item now received and please with goods

I called you to ask to cancel the order before it was dispatched. But you told me that the parcel could not be cancelled as it's been processed to warehouse, so I have to wait to get it and return it. I would understand that the parcel cannot be cancelled if it has been sent to me. BUT still in warehouse, why cannot stop it to save the delivery cost for both of us? I have sent the bag back after receiving it. But I just think it could have been avoided.

I loved the shoes that I bought, was a bit annoyed about still having to pay for shipping even though I spent over £400. It was a bit slow at getting the order processed and delivered too.

Comparing to other online shopping websites such as ASOS, free delivery should be available when orders reach a minimum spend.

One has been a customer with flannels for many years due to there choice of Italian designers... The let down parts are stock availability and lack customer service for loyalty..

I was pleased with the swiftness of my delivery however I was disappointed with the outward appearance of the box belonging to the pair of shoes I ordered. The box was battered creased and torn in some places which was incredibly disappointing as I wanted to give the pair as a gift to my husband.
