Postal very very slow, little or no updates, website doeas not make clear until after purchase that fast delivery options not available. Been waiting over a week now for an order, if i had know i would have purchased elsewhere with better delivery and faster options.

Although we had tried the garment in store when it was delivered it was too big we then went back to the score and purchased a smaller size. The problems we had in returning the jacket was so difficult we packaged the garment then took it to 3 connect plus has stated on the web site and none would take the parcel. It was only at the 4 th place I managed to return it very frustrated , loss of time and petrol on a garment of over £550 . Will make me think in future whether to purchase from you again in the future . Oh and by the way I lived only 2 miles from Martland mill were the parcel was going to.

Fast delivery, great product. However when spending such a lot of money on high end brands such as Moncler, I expected better packaging of the product. Compared to other high end online stores such as Mr Porter and Matches Fashion, the Flannels packaging on presentation of the product was very poor. It's a shame as something so simple that requires a little extra effort can make a big difference on a customer's satisfaction.

The big letdown was the behaviour of the delivery company who claimed they had left the goods with a neighbour but had in fact chucked it over the fence into the garden where our dog runs free. It's only by good luck that the dog didn't turn the parcel into shreds. While I was pleased with all other aspects of the service, the delivery aspect puts me right off ordering anything from you again.

Parcel arrived 1 day later than expected, even though I paid for next day delivery. Item's were lovely and were beautifully wrapped and presented. Shame they didn't fit me. So I have returned for a credit. On the whole, I was satisfied, just a shame about the carriage costs and the fact that courier was a day late. Re returns, it would be nice to have pre-paid returns. It cost me just under £4 to return the goods. I spend a lot of money at All Saints - carriage costs are free if you spend a certain amount and their returns are free. Paying overall £10 postage costs, has meant that it is unlikely that I will purchase from Flannels again.

Great service but shirt did not fit so had to pay for postage there and back in total cost 12 pound! 12 pound to try a top on is expensive

£6.50 for a tiny t shirt parcel to be delivered for it to come and be absolutely tiny although I am a medium in every other top.

I would have otherwise have rated Flannels GOOD, however i was most dissapointed to discover upon receiving my Paul & Shark Cagoule valued at £345 (paid over £170) that the following was unacceptable: a) The garment was not presented in the Paul & Shark official bag (this was a gift and therefore i feel very let down) b) The approved domed sticker was also missing. As i shop regulalrly around the world for high class designer items i think the attention to detail is really important. I hope you can see your way to correcting my less than satisfactory experience and restore my faith in shopping with you again. Yours Mr N. Rigby

Delivery was quick and Yodel are excellent, however, am a little disappointed that you cannot return any items to store and therefore, have to pay the cost for registered post.

I purchased 2 pairs of Ralph Lauren trainers which are exceptionally comfortable and well made. I am extremely happy with the purchase and the price i got them at, and also the speed at which they dispatch them at is impressive. However Flannels do charge £6 for delivery under a certain amount which I was happy to pay, if I actually recieved my delivery. I am very disappointed that Flannels, known as a well established and highly rated designer store choose to use a courier such as "Yodel", a poorly rated and frankly quite a disappointing courier. This is the second delivery I have received by Yodel and this time the delivery driver parked in the wrong street (which the customer service yodel staff told me after checking the drivers tracker) and delivered the package to the wrong number house. I then had to call Yodel up, find out where the driver had parked and what number house he said he delivered my parcel at. I then walked to the house and located my parcel my self. I do not blame Flannels for the delivery incident because that mistake lies with Yodel, however I expected Flannels to use a well rated and efficient courier since the are such a good company with quality products unfortunately let down by the poor courier. I would definitely have given Flannels a "very good 5 star rating" , however I cannot for the inconvenience i went through.

Products and ordering are not in question, but delivery service is not great. States delivery takes between 3-5 days. I placed the order on a Sunday, didn't receive until the following Saturday. During this time I chased the customer services team twice who were completely in the dark on the location of the delivery and could only state the same 3-5 day timescales

Overall, I like the products at Flannels. However, I don't buy items from the website as often as I would otherwise because I find the delivery AND return charges to be too much, especially since most other online retailers nowadays offer free delivery above a certain amount, and free returns, which makes it a lot easier to buy things on impulse and return them if you don't like them. With Flannels, it only makes sense to buy if you are REALLY sure you love the items and it will fit you - otherwise, you lose too much money on deliveries and returns.

I was happy with the dress but not the courier, Yodel. I waited in all day on the Saturday and the parcel failed to arrive. When I contacted Yodel they said the driver had called and left a card. I received no card. It transpired that the driver had gone to the wrong house and left the card there. I had to arrange a re delivery and wait in agar all day.

No e-mail to confirm if they got my parcel back. I know they got it but no response from flannels. Very poor comunication and customer service!!! Flannels I just want my money back as I asked for refund! Thank You!!!

I paid for something it was delivered, the product was as described. No bright lights, no Retinol A with anti age wrinkle control . Normal.
