Im pleased with my goods, just thought the service was a little slow. I ordered things from Outnet and Yoox the same day as I placed the order with Flannels and I had opened them and had the returns collected before the Flannels parcel even turned up. I was then in the store in Nottingham before the items arrived! Love the store though!

I personally think the online ordering is a bit strange. You either have the product in stock or you dont. I ordered two dresses that were supposed to be in stock in the size I wanted a day or so after ordering I was informed that one of them was not in stock only to find it had been put back on the site the day after that. If a product is actually sold out and a customer had been told that then it should be removed immediatly from the site and not be hanging around on the site for someone to manually remove it.

Not impressed on the price of the delivery without the option of delivery to store. Nevertheless as you would expect quality product.

Despite spending so much money on three orders (it doesn't even matter how much was spent), two of the orders were carelessly packed with shirts not in packets. One shirt looked worn; so rough looking (even with the so called tag still attached) that it may have been on display for long on a mannequin in a shop. I didn't think twice - just put back all into the same pack that they came in and returned the very next morning. Appalling! I have tracked the returns and they have been delivered but I haven't received any email confirmation of receipt and refund (OK, perhaps this will take one year). The only noticeable positive is that the orders arrived the following day following shipment (not following placement of the orders). I may give the company another try but frankly, the staff should pack people's orders neatly and carefully.

The delivery cost is extortionate, the cheapest option is £6.00 and even that took 6 days!! Not impressed. The product I received was ok, although the box it came in was tattered and looked like somebody else had used it?? Bit of a let down really. I would expect more from a high end retail company. I have had to send my product back for a refund and I suppose I won't be getting my delivery of £6.00 back??

I ordered 5 items (mens underwear). One of the items I received wasn't what I ordered, but then it's not cost effective to send it back, so if that was the plan - well done! Other than that, it was fine.

The reason I put normal is because I feel the service is very slow and the items arrived very very creased and 2 were faulty. On returning items the first items were returned on 10th July 2015, I didn't get an email until 17th July and the money is still not on my credit card. The second item was returned 17th July again faulty unfortunately. The money is taken out of my credit card as soon as order is confirmed. Why wait so long when returning. Good for Flannels cash flow!! On the plus side and that is why I put normal as opposed to poor on the receipt of the first faulty item I did call and when I eventually got to speak to someone, Amanda I think she was very helpful, polite and efficient, shame she can't take orders over the phone.

I love shopping on the flannels site due to the products and brands it offers. The price of delivery would be more satisfying if it didn't take so long to deliver. It's also a shame you can't return products to the store, there is more products on offer online than in store so I tend to order off line, but it's a shame you can't swap for products in store.

Good stuff but the only down fall is that you cannot do next day delivery as they dnt have that option item arrives 4-6working day they need to upgrade to a cheaper next day delivery as this would help if the customer needs the item ASAP!

Received parcel very promptly n 2nd July, however, I needed a size smaller. I returned parcel on 3rd July using the form marked Returns Advice and posting 1st Class. I am concerned that I have had no acknowledgement from yourselves and might add that I have tried on telephoning Flannels Manchester store without success. Invoice No. FLAN40000017349192 returned size 14 for size 12 ARMANI J ZEBRA SL TP LD52 BLUE/WHITE Sheila Addison

There is no doubt the prices are very good on Flannels. My negative is with delivery. The delivery and customer notification needs a bit of work. The delivery time is 3 to 5 days standard. I ordered an item and heard nothing at all for 5 days. On day 6 I emailed to find out if anyone was bothering to do something about and received an automated response saying delayed because of volume of orders. Following day I did get an email saying the package was on its way. Item arrived day 8. Very happy with the purchase and the price but delivery not up there with the best.

Flannels has nice items but I believe the delivery charge should be free over a certain amount ..most websites do free shipping over £100...£6 is quite high for delivery!
