My order arrived very quick but had a faulty zip, the item was sent back the next day asking for a replacement but had no e-mail to confirm this and have had no update on what is happening so would say very poor after sales care.

I think your response to customer service emails could be more prompt, i had to return an item because it was too large, I sent an email on the 19th of January to confirm I was returning the item in exchange for a smaller one. Apart from an automated response five days later I have had no reply and I still dont know when the replacement is arriving , If at all

It's not my first purchase from flannels, but it's diffenetly the least impressive! I was expecting the bag to come with a dust bag or a box, but it didn't even had any paper or plastic wrapping ! I find this very odd !! To send something overseas ( KSA) in only the plastic mailing bag is unprofficional.

Good quality stuff worst exchange ever seen offered to collect from store speed it up but was having none of it and I was still saying keep delivery

My only concern is that 1 item came with the security tag still attached to my jumper. Annoying as I know have to go into the flannels shop to get this removed!

Very very poor Yodel Delivery service considering I paid £5.95...they left no card, I had to knock on numerous doors and it was posted 4 doors down and signature forged by driver, I would appreciate a delivery refund or I will never use this site again

I have mailed you the pic of my broken bag. You have been sure that the bag is ok and will be carefully checked before deliverly. But unfortunately it has been in fact, and you donot do the tax refund on my product.

Although I was sent a confirmation of order I was not sent delivery information - normally when ordering on line I receive a confirmation that the order is on its way so I know what date to expect delivery. this provides peace of mind (especially when the order was for over £500 and my first order). I emailed Flannels but got no reply until after the item was delivered. On checking the website I was alarmed to find that my email was placed in a queue due to demand - also not very reassuring. When ordering from large stores (e.g. Whistles, John Lewis etc) it is normal to receive an email confirming proposed delivery date. It was only AFTER delivery was made that I got a response to my email stating that delivery is normally made within 5-7 days which is fine but would have been better to have received this information via email as I was looking forward to receiving my item!! Overall however, I am very pleased with my purchase although I think it would be nice to include sizing information on the website (such as "fits true to size" or "small for size" etc - very useful when ordering designer items where sizing may differ to UK sizing) - I find this information very useful when purchasing luxury clothing items. Thank you!

flannels are not the worst company to deal with unlike their chosen delivery company…YODEL…who are completely useless at best…if i have 1 negative to say about flannels is if you order multiple item then prepare yourself for a wait because thay seem to be incredibly slow at processing larger orders...

Delivery was very quick and much faster than specified upon ordering. Packaging leaves am awful lot to be desired in comparison to Flannel's competitors. My £895 dress arrived just wrapped in a single sheet of tissue and a poly bag inside a small Flannels clothes bag, all put into a flimsy plastic envelope. It needed several days of hanging to look non-creased. Net-a-Porter & Matches all come luxuriously wrapped in tissue with hangers, suit bags and lovely boxes, even when buying things in the sale.

All was good with the delivery until my wife realised that a security tag had been left in the pocket of the jacket, when it set the alarms off in a shop she was leaving...bit embarrassing !

The only problem with Flannels is the cost and inconvenience of returns. Almost all the online shopping sites that I use have a free and easy returns service - a DHL form is enclosed and unwanted items collected from your door free of charge. I actually forgot that Flannels does not do this when I placed my recent order and it's a pain to take the parcel to the post office and pay the cost of the return (with the added concern that items might be lost etc) - I would not have placed my order had I remembered that. It is a shame as everything else on the site (range of designers, great sales etc) is very good.

Hi, I got the shoes, love it. However the Valentino box was in bad damage. At one corner was tear badly and a smash on one side of the box. Not happy with the box at all. Regards SB

Although the delivery was quick, the size was wrong so I had to send the trainers back. I emailed customer services for advice and with a query 3 times and had no response. I then had to pay £11 to return the trainers which I don't think is good service as I'd already paid £200 for them and was only requesting an exchange, not s refund. Not great.

Good promotion discounts & competitive prices but NO customer service at all! You can only email them but its not helpful for many issues! Need to work on customer service!
