Paid for next day delivery and was advised it would be delivered as it should be only to try tracking my order to find out it wouldn’t be delivered until the following day which didn’t really help as one item was a gift I needed for the day it should have arrived. Flannels refunded the difference between next day delivery and standard delivery cost. How generous of them!!!! Pretty disappointing service to be honest and would put me off using them again.

I usually shop within store. This is my second online purchase. I was sent the wrong sneakers, and now the sneakers I originally ordered are sold out! I have to pay for the return postage and will be lucky if I can claim back my original postage, plus the return postage. Not good!

So I purchased this coat for my 9yr old son. According to the size guide he required a 10yr olds size. The price (£98 reduced from £325) was great, the item arrived very quickly and it really is a great quality coat. Unfortunately the coat did not fit as advised and I needed to purchase the next size up. My complaint is that it has now cost my £10 in delivery fees and I have to pay to return the first item to flannels. In this day and age when your spending nearly £100 you don’t expect to pay delivery and also I do not expect to have to pay to return an item. I will certainly think twice about using again.

Products were easily ordered online, and delivered in good time. My issue is that I was sent a suit that was a number of sizes smaller than I had ordered. AS well as paying for the delivery charge to get to me, I then have to pay the charge to return goods of the wrong size because of a mistake by Flannels.

My item would of been spot on it was purchased at half price and delivered to my nephew for his birthday but came with a security tag attached so unfortunately he was unable to wear it. We will have to take it into store for removal just totally unnecessary and a waste of time.

The armani items I bought were of poor quality which isn’t your fault obviously however I travelled all the way to Birmingham town centre to return my items I had bought offline to be told you can’t return them in store I find this highly inconvenient as it then cost me a further £10 to send them back via post I feel you could help customers by accepting onlinline returns in store I mean it’s not like the shop is busy everytime I go in store it only has a few shoppers in so it wouldn’t take much to accept returns and for the store to send them where they need to go! Other than that I do really like your shop and buy things often and will continue to do so just please look into the issue above thankyou

The Gucci scarf i ordered came with no Gucci packaging and the Gucci tag was bent which is not so ideal for a 21st present.

Only thing that was disappointing was paying £10 for next day delivery as it was a last minute present I bought and it didn’t come till 2 days later! So much for next day delivery!

Purchased a ralph Lauren hoodie which turned out to be basically a t shirt with a hood. Thought it was a proper hoodie so back it went. Pictures indicated it wasn't as thin as it was but not only had I paid £7 for delivery but similar to send it back. Why no free returns that most online retailers I've dealt with do along with much cheaper delivery options / free delivery.

Great website, quick delivery and presentation on parcel was amazing. Who on earth charges a customer spending over £100 delivery? £6 for delivery and I had to pay £5 to return the same item because it didn’t fit. Little unfair when you take the average cost of designer clothes.

I like the website and products you stock but my experience was quite frustrating. The first order I made was cancelled after it was confirmed due to the size being out of stock which was annoying as it didn’t say out of stock on the website. I reordered in a different size and it took the delivery driver 4 attempts to deliver it even though somebody was home each time which was infuriating. I realize you can’t control delivery drivers but this is still representative of my experience.

it is ok but it will be good or excellent if you have telephone number or live chat for online store since I ordered Burberry polo shirt for my nephew and the picture showed the white colour but the description said it was navy. Moreover, can you please use click and collect to store for free to reduce client's cost since it was high postage fee at £6.99 for stand delivery

Nice clothing but delivery costs and returns are expensive for a retailer supplying high end clothing you think they could at least provide free delivery and returns
