lovely presentation;but the roses in the bunch were dying There was no name on the delivery and when i telephoned to speak to you i was told that you could not devolve any information What a total nonsense Not good for business

Easy to order. I liked the idea of using a local florist. Different and unusual arrangements were available. Prices are fair.

At first I was disappointed because, ordering from half a world away, the flowers that were delivered appeared to be much fewer than in the photograph on the website. However, they lasted well and were appreciated by the recipient.

I live in Canada and wanted to send flowers to my Mum in the Bedford area for her birthday. Doing a quick search, I came across Floom and found many florists who delivered to the area. Having decided on the package, I placed the order. The payment went straight through and I received confirmation by e-mail. I was notified when the flowers were out for delivery and again when they were delivered. Having seen a picture of what was delivered, it exceeded my expectations and was actually better than the photo on the website.

I was keen to reorder a bouquet this Mother’s Day as it had been well received a previous year. Using the postcode function none of the nationwide retailers were listed. After a bit of digging I found the florist used previously. The bouquet was packed full of blooms but was significantly smaller than previous years, despite being the same price (and no option to make larger). Unfortunately the gift message was also not included, which is a bit of an oversight.

I sent a gift plant to my sister from another country, paid for the same delivery. The plant was as the picture wrapped beautifully. with q hand-written note. The only problem was my order delivered the other day. It was okey since they refunded me, also replied my mails fast.

Such an efficient service and the site always has the most beautiful selection of flowers. The bouquets are all so varied too so it’s guaranteed everyone will find at least a few they’ll love.

I'm very happy with the flowers, which appear as they did online. I'm a little confused by the delivery. I requested delivery on Tuesday, March 22 and while the messaging in my order confirmation states "deliveries may fall outside the delivery window," I assumed that to mean outside of the 10 am to 6 pm window on the same day and the flowers were received the following day and I only knew this because the recipient informed me. In addition, I received my delivery confirmation on Thursday. If the flowers were to be delivered late, it would have been nice to have received a heads up. Sending a delivery confirmation the following day is also extremely confusing and unnecessary.
