“I live overseas and ordered the Napa bouquet for my mother on her birthday. It arrived on time with a beautiful note. My mother was in tears (happy ones) and I was happy to see they looked even better and bigger in the photo she sent me. It was such a beautiful, wild arrangement. “The plant I ordered looked very healthy and came in a lovely pot, neither of which I necessarily expected! The icing on the cake for me was that the note I added for the recipient was handwritten on the card and it was in my first language, not English, so they did an excellent job writing it all down without understanding any of it!”

“They took money for Mother’s Day flowers which they confirmed at the time of the order that they could but on Mother’s Day they told me they couldn’t deliver ..Leaving it too late for me to make alternative arrangements ! Very Poor service !”
