Hi Shimol, I'm so sorry that the florist couldn't fulfil your order on this occasion This was being investigated with the florist in the background. As a result, I know this wasn't ideal but a full refund was provided. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

The flowers were beautiful. My wife who is in England loved them enormously. I sort of glanced at them initially in the online catalogue and was drawn to them. But had no way of knowing how beautiful they actually were until they reached my wife. She mentioned that it was the variegated nature of the colours that really made them especially attractive. Thr Frida bag was also really good.

Terrible service. My flowers never arrived. It took 3 days for customer service to confirm they hadn't arrived. Would never buy from again. Do not recommend

First bunch were wrong colour and lasted2 days . Replaced with second bunch were right colour but again only lasted a few days . Disappointed

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - FLOWERS LEFT TO DIE, FLORIST RUDE TO MY MOTHER ON MOTHERS DAY. NO ATTEMPT TO CALL OR LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR AS APPARENTLY ITS "POLICY"

Flowers were beautiful, mum loved them, they also lasted so long actually the orchids are still going strong on there 4th week. Definitely will us again for sure x
