For an extravagant last-minute shopping and same-day gift delivery within NYC, the gourmet box from Floom did not disappoint. This multiday feast including champagne; cheese, crackers & preserves; a bountiful rainbow of fruit; fresh flowers; a glass doubling as a planter; and linen for picnicking or a tablecloth were delivered within 90 minutes of ordering. The package was so generous that my honored recipient needed a bellman's cart to bring it from the doorman to their unit. I'm so glad to know of their beautiful, efficient, high-quality service, highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

I live down south and ordered flowers on Friday before for my sister in law in Wilmslow for Saturday. I was very disappointed to receive an email on Saturday that this was not possible even though the bouquet i wanted was still available for purchase. Was offered a refund which I accepted but Ive not received it yet. First time ever that a florist has failed to deliver..very disappointing.

I specifically used this website because it said I could have same day delivery. It said I had an hour left for same day. Then, later, I get an email saying it can't be today. That's unacceptable. Lottie was helpful and you all are lucky that the family is sitting shiva for multiple days so I was able to do Monday, but what if it was a one-day funeral? That's not okay.

Flooming excellent experience, had some flowers delivered recently for my boss. Next day delivery - you actually called me to double check delivery (vs just guess) and my boss said they were the nicest peony ever. But what really impressed me was that for an online order you made the effort to hand write the card message I submitted. Class act
