“The flowers are not only very small but look absolutely nothing like the photo - not the same flowers or colours and some were already wilted - not at all satisfied considering the price.”

“There's quite a big difference between the photo shown on the website, and the actual bouquet received. Especially on the colours. I thought there would be a little bit more pink and beige, than just dark purple and greens. Ordering and delivery process are fine though.”

“It's a great platform to order really lovely flowers from abroad for a friend based in London. I ordered it 12 hours before it needed to be sent on my friend's birthday. I received a text message from Agent F's Thomas to say the flower I ordered was out of stock, out of kind gesture he sent over a really beautiful orchid plant to my friend instead. He still delivered what I originally ordered the day after and he delivered it at 10pm!! I will definitely order from Floom and in particular from the florist @AgentF again!”
