“Failed to deliver on a agreed date and therefore spoiled the birthday surprise. They did agree to a full refund however dissapointing that the flowers couldn't be delivered.”

“Unfortunately, the initial experience of Floom was not up to standard. There was a problem with quality of the flowers and delivery. While customer service agents were helpful, it should never have happened in the first place.”

“Great flowers and delivery! My girlfriend is a doctor, so it was important to me that Floom deliver the flowers after she got off her shift. They delivered them around 8:30, outside of normal working hours. And she loved the flowers! She says that they're absolutely beautiful, and was touched to receive them.”
