“My best friend lives in Brighton and I live in The Netherlands. She was having a very bad day, so I decided to cheer her up with a nice plant. Everything went perfectly: picked out the best plant, she got the plant the next day as I got the confirmation of the delivery in my mailbox and got a very happy message from my best friend! Thanks Floom!”

Hi Kareem Im sorry that there have been issues with your order. I understand your order was delivered late. However, I can see that your order was delivered by 6pm. This was certainly mentioned on the website - whereby Floom florists cannot provide time request deliveries. Either way, I hope your gift was enjoyed by your recipient.

“I ordered a delivery for my parents anniversary on 14 Jul, paying for delivery on 19 Jul. My parents have yet to receive the order as if 21 Jul. Blaming the hot weather in the delayed delivery but no offer of compensation etc.”

“I have requested the delivery to be done on 18.07 - and yet not delivered! no close customer support. after two days no real action/ update. so disappointing. you should be already aware that delivering flowers on time is so important - it is part of the occasion. it is already late to send the flowers - we have missed the right time for the occasion.”
