Unreliable transaction and poor communication on this (supposed) same-day delivery. After placing the order, I received a message that my payment had been accepted but the order didn’t go through - and if I wanted to sort out the problem I had to call a number in the UK (from abroad). A kind lady answered and explained that this was not an uncommon problem and needed to take all my details again. She said the order would still arrive the same day and that I’d receive a confirmation when it did. I’ve only just received a confirmation 5 days after the fact! Sending condolences is already a sensitive and stressful affair, so this didn’t help.

Hi James Im sorry that you're disappointed with your experience. I understand that there was an order glitch initially with your order and now your order hasnt been delivered. I can see that the Customer Services Team have contacted you to confirm address details. The reason is that on our system the order is indicated as delivered. However, you have confirmed the order was never delivered. This is now a missing order and we'll need to investigate this with the florist. Please can you respond to the email sent to you and we'll take it from there.

Hi Ben Im sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. I understand your order was cancelled. This was due to unforeseen circumstances related to stock. I know this wasnt ideal but the Customer Services Team have cancelled your refund. This you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Whilst the flowers were nice and delivered as promised, the size of the flowers delivered was tiny when compared to the £120 cost. Very disappointed.

The item was not delivered to the recipient, even though I received email confirmation that delivery was complete. I've reached out to Floom and they have been very slow to discover what happened, and have made no attempt to correct the situation, two days later, and now they've asked for this review. I don't plan to use them again in the future.

This is the first time I have used Floom and won't be the last. Floom had a beautiful selection of flowers available for my mum's birthday, they were able to deliver on Sunday and did so courteously, promptly and professionally (the courier was lovely).

Easy to order, arrived same day and were fresh. Unable to use their first time ordering coupon. First time is first time. Shouldn’t matter if same day.
