“The service was quick, on time and extremely high quality. The recipients were delighted and knew the farm shop where the bouquet had come from outside Dorking. They used the same farm shop for their wedding anniversary party today, Saturday. Well done Floom and thanks!”

“Failed to deliver my $200 order of flower, not only on the date promised, but in general. Completely failed to provide the service I paid for. I was assured 3 times by customer service over phone and email that my flowers were out for delivery. Worst service I have ever experienced.”

“Whilst Floom is great as a service, I was really disappointed that the florist we ordered birthday flowers from cancelled at the last minute. I’m pretty sure they would know early on in the day if they can complete the order or not, notice 90 mins before the end of the delivery window isn’t acceptable. This meant I had no opportunity to reorder with another florist for same day delivery. I hope florists who show a pattern of unreliability aren’t allowed to sell via Floom.”

“My “same day delivery” was delivered two days later, only after chasing down the customer service did I even know; and the wrong plant was delivered. Super pricey for nothing :(”

Hi Yael Thanks for taking the time to review Floom. I understand your order was delivered 2 days late along with the wrong product. I can see you have been communicating with the Customer Services Team. The Team did inform you that the product you had ordered wasnt in stock. My colleague did inform you of a substitution which you had provided consent to. Furthermore, as the order was 2 days late, a delivery fee refund was provided. If there is any mistake here, please do email: support@floom.com and the Customer Services Team will be in touch.

“I googled it to make sure we are sending the flowers from a local store nearby. all my cc transactions came in with an "international transaction fee" out of the UK. Flowers were not delivered on the day.”
