Hi Emily Im sorry there were issues with your order. I understand your order wasnt delivered. The Florist Support team have been chasing your order in the background. Unfortunately, we werent able to establish contact with the florist. As a result, your order has been cancelled and your full refund has been processed. This you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Hi Mindaugas Thanks for taking the time to review. I understand the flowers were not delivered at your time request. Unfortunately, this is mentioned on the website that we cannot fulfil time requests. The delivery window for florists is between 10am to 6pm. Im sorry if this was not clear.

“I was notified the day before a birthday delivery that my order was cancelled and I didn’t find the message sent by the representative to be very empathetic of the situation. I would’ve appreciated it if they were a bit more apologetic or understanding of how frustrating this was given the situation. I switched to another company that was able to successfully deliver in time, but the short notice made me scramble.”

“I am disappointed by the bouquet that was delivered. I ordered the Arya, I know some flowers were substituted but the bouquet was clearly not as nice as the bouquet I ordered. The delivery windows is very large and doesn't facilitate the delivery process from the customer perspective. The bouquet had be re delivered while someone was working from home at the address so that's really unfortunate. If the delivery person had called maybe this could have been avoided.”

“Fast delivery, good selection of flowers in Boston but less so to rural Ohio (not shocking) the flowers were pretty but not quite as large as the picture online which is also not surprising. Overall would recommend”
