“You didn’t tell the recipient who sent my order. Then said you were protecting my privacy by not telling them. Absolutely ridiculous. Why would I ever use you again?”

“I ordered some flowers from Floom for a special friend who had lost their husband. not only were they not delivered, but they only casually informed a day later that the order had been cancelled. Heartbroken-Disgraceful lack of service. They should be avoided. Would hope I get some form of compensation”

“I had to rearrange my delivery date because the intended recipient went away - Floom customer service was super responsive and completely drama free. So happy that delivery of a bouquet from Australia to Wales can be made so seamless with Floom!”
