“Extremely disappointed is an understatement - ordered a "superior" size bouquet full of unique expensive flowers. Received a small sad bouquet of carnations and roses (completely different flower type from what was ordered). Also the order was delayed by a day without any kind of update. Decided to go with FLOOM as an upgrade from other flower deliveries, but this was much worse.”

“Easy to navigate website. Lots of choices spanning all price points. I entered the wrong address. Delivery was attempted but not surprisingly, unsuccessful. Ideally I would have been contacted at that point, but I had to follow-up. The delivery was completed 2 days late. Nice flowers.”
