Emailed them - never got a reply. At first we couldn’t find the flowers, even though it said delivered. When we finally found them an hour later, the flowers did not look like what I ordered. I understand, substitutions but this is not even the same bouquet. The only thing that was the same was the colour, I guess.

Ordered flowering plants - roses ("Potted Love") for the birthday of my aunt in the UK (I'm in the US). The day before the delivery, I get an email saying the roses are not available. WHAT? It's not like I ordered an exotic plant; it's roses in June in the UK. In any case, they suggest a substitution - Peace plant. Not the same, is it, but what am I to do. I could wait for the roses, but that would mean delivery after the birthday. Also not a good option. And they sent emails about this, not a text, although they have my mobile number. With the time difference and delivery scheduled for the next morning, a text would certainly have been more efficient. Overall, not happy with Floom. Won't be using again.

Hi Margaret Thank you for taking the time to review. I understand you agreed to the substitution. Im sorry that roses were not available. To be fair, the plant will last longer than the roses. Either way, I am grateful for the suggestions made regarding text. Unfortunately, we dont offer this experience yet. However, I will relay this message to the Operations team. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Easy to use website. Plenty of space on the card for a message and delivered perfectly. Easiest way to say thank you to friends for having me. The flowers looked great on arrival. Just what was ordered.

The online process to order was very easy. However, the flowers that were delivered did not look at all like the picture description. The flowers delivered would not be something I would send ever. My first and last time using floom.

The flower received looks nothing like the picture online And I got fewer flowers, I had to get 15 peonies.

They advertise as same day delivery specialists. I ordered at 9:30am and at 5pm I received an email saying “sorry but we cannot deliver due to unforeseen circumstances”. This left no time to arrange for a rival company to fulfil the order. Rubbish

The florist extends their sincere apologies. I can see you have liaised with the Customer Services Team. I know this wasn't ideal but I can see your full refund was issued. This you'll receive in your account in the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

As well as the process of ordering being very straightforward, this is the first time a bouquet arrives even more beautiful than in the photos. We kept looking at images and back at the flowers and honestly were so shocked at how the bouquet was even more generous and the flowers as they open up are even more impressive. I told my partner I’m sending this to everyone from now on!
