Ordered for my friends mum and dad after the loss of their fur baby. They were very impressed with the quality amd size of the bunch. Helped brighten their day a little at a very sad time. Excellent quality for the price.

Oddly the flowers delivered were not at all similar to those ordered. I was quite disappointed when I saw a picture of the bouquet delivered.

I reside in the US and needed to send some sympathy flowers to the UK.I wanted to use a local florist and Floom was so easy to use and helpful with determining what local flowers/florist was available for my recipients zip code. The delivery availability options were good even on short notice, and they delivered on time. I will be using Floom again in the future.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, I ordered flowers online on Sunday to be delivered Wednesday and last thing on Wednesday they emailed me to say due to unforeseen circumstances they could not deliver, I’m so disappointed with this service, luckily I found a florist who could deliver same day.

Same day delivery was great, price was great, too. My wife thought I had bought her 200$ worth of flowers. I'm just going to let her believe that.

However, there was no response. As mentioned in your phone call, this was out of our control. As a result, your full refund has been issued. You'll receive this in the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

The flowers were beautiful, however, they weren't exactly what I ordered. The Tulips I ordered weren't in stock and I got an email the morning of delivery saying they were being changed to roses of equal value. While the quality of the bouquet was good, a small hiccup in that their site allowed me to buy Tulips they didn't have.

I've been looking into this matter and can see an email was sent to you on Monday to highlight that there will be a substitution with your order. This you had consented to. I'm sorry if you were disappointed. In future, if you're not happy with a substitution, please choose to cancel the order rather than accept. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.
