“Despiete ordering in advance, for a special occasion, the flowers never turned up. And no one contacted me to say the order was not going to turn up. I had to email the day after they were ment to be delivered to find out what was going on. Only to be told they can't fulfil the order. On top of this I still have not been refunded yet.”

I've checked and can it appears the florist sent the wrong order to your recipient, I can see our our customer support team arranged an full refund but I can understand your disappointment not getting the correct arrangement on the day.

“Ordered flowers for my godmother’s 60th days in advance. Floom cancelled on the day because they didn’t have a delivery driver. It was too late to order from someone else so my godmother had no flowers, which was really embarrassing as looked like I hadn’t bothered. Customer service didn’t even bother replying when I complained.”
