“Excellent service. Replies to my email queries were very prompt and helpful. They called me (overseas) to tell me 2 flowers would be replaced due to lack of stock as it was quite a big order, and asked me what I’d like instead- very thoughtful. Flowers arrived late in the day but within the stated time. The recipient was extremely happy with them. I definitely recommend Floom to everyone and will certainly use them again.”

“Although the arrangement was lovely with English country flowers, the photo I chose the arrangement from, was of tropical flowers! Mrs. Tawil, on her 95th birthday, would have enjoyed the tropical flowers so much more, having lived in the tropics. Supposedly, I was given the sites of florists that would actually have the tropical flowers in stock. Somewhat false advertising to show tropical flowers, and then deliver totally different flowers. (Sunflowers are not really tropical.)”
