“I ordered flowers late afternoon last Friday to be delivered the next day as a thank you to somebody. They arrived the following afternoon and the person who received them was absolutely delighted. She said they were totally stunning and she absolutely loved the pumpkin vase they came in. I'd trawled through a number of flower delivery sites and came across Floom which had unusual but lovely flower arrangements. I had seen them on a survey which rated them highly so I was quite confident when ordering and was not disappointed.”

“The flowers that were delivered to my friend were wilting. We also think the flowers got mixed up as my friend received a sympathy card rather than her birthday card that I wrote. I would like my flowers resent or receive my money back. I am not sure if this is an issue with Floom or the delivery service, door dash. Thank you!”
