I ordered flowers on 3/12/2022 at 9:30am eastern time for same day delivery for a time sensitive gift. Nothing arrived on Saturday. Nothing arrived on Sunday. Even though I received a notification of delivery at 1pm. I then requested a refund and didn’t even receive a follow up response. I will never order from your company ever again.

i order flowers a lot with work. Decided to try this company and worst mistake ever. they delivered them a week late after i cancelled the order and havnt given me a refund. no communication or apology - perhaps the worst customer service i have ever received. am now going to have to report them to my bank to get my money back. don’t waste your time or money

User friendly website, super helpful staff, and beautiful bouquets. Our order was delivered same day without any issue. I even managed to make a mistake in the online ordering processing and it was fixed without any issue or sitting on hold with customer service for an hour. Very happy with the experience here and will recommend to others. Thank you Roy and the other team members for getting our order out so swiftly and beautifully!

Hi Daniel Im so sorry that you have been disappointed with this experience. I understand the flowers were delivered but were late. Unfortunately, as we have a number of florists with differing delivery times - we cannot provide an exact eta. Thats why this is mentioned on the website that delivery is due between 10am-6pm. Moving forward, I extend my sincere apologies in the delay. I've messaged the Customer Services Team to provide same-day delivery refund. This you'll receive in the next 5-7 working days.

My floor order is not delivered where it is supposed to be delivered March 13. I contacted customer support several times no positive response.

Hi Aiman Im so sorry there have been issues with your order. I understand you have been in touch with the Customer Services Team. This matter has been investigated with the florist - who has contacted your recipient and couldnt get through. However, the florist did say these flowers were left at reception. If this still is the case that your flowers were not received by your recipient - please email: support@floom.com We'll look into this issue pronto and provide a resolution.

I ordered a bouquet for a close friend’s birthday that cost over $230 and it was never delivered! I tried reaching Floom after the 6PM delivery cutoff time and could not reach customer service by phone, chat and email until the following day. I was told the day after that the florist did not see the order come in until the day after my friend’s birthday. I’ve asked for a full refund and still have t heard back from them. Very disappointed for my first experience with this company.

The arrangement delivered to my friend in the hospital was nothing like the picture on Floom. I should have called a florist directly.

Beautiful flowers with next day delivery - arrived by 10am and I ordered at 5.30pm the day before. The florist did call me to say they couldn’t get the exact flowers, but regardless the bouquet was beautiful.

Promote "same day delivery" - but most of the delivery options were not same day, which was severely limited. Worse, it showed many products as "same day" and when you clicked on it - it had earliest as another time.

Hi Tyler Im so sorry you couldnt find same day delivery options for your zip code. This is very much dependent on the time you place your order. If the order placed is 2pm - for the majority of the florists this is their delivery cut off time. The other reason could be that in that particular zip code - florists may not be offering same day delivery. I hope that there was an eventually time slot that did work for you to place an order.

The flowers were entirely different to the picture. I asked for the Pink Perfection which is supposed to have old fashioned pink roses, pink lilies and some white flowers. The bouquet that arrived instead had bright pink roses, NO lilies at all and purple carnation looking flowers. Totally different kind of bouquet and not as pretty at all. Very disappointing.
