“I was excited to try a new flower delivery service in L.A. Floom has a great selection and reasonable prices. Delivery is where things went wrong. Birthday flowers delivered at 7:30pm are not birthday flowers--they are belated birthday flowers. Their delivery window states up until 6pm but the recipient was already out to dinner by 7:30pm when the flowers arrived, well past the stated window. Floom refused to make it right, stating the flowers were delivered at 5pm (which is STILL late for a birthday), but we have a time stamp from when the delivery service called the gate. At night. We arrived home after dinner to wilted flowers sitting on the porch.”

“Good selections. However, the search function needs work. Clicking into a bouquet and then pressing back will reset all of the bouquets, the search parameters , and the order of the bouquets so its very difficult to find things again or keep specific things in mind. I would suggest making opening bouquets in a new tab the standard so that the original search remains unaffected”

“The flowers I ordered were never delivered to the recipient. Floom blamed it on the florist partner and did absolutely nothing to rectify the matter. I asked for a refund or a new arrangement to be sent but they never gave me any satisfaction. I would never order from this company again. I am still out a considerable amount of money.”

Hi Claudia Im so sorry there have been issues with your delivery. I understand your order was not delivered. I can see you have been in contact with the Customer Services Team. As this order was delivered by FEDEX - relevant proof of delivery and a tracking number was provided. We are unable to provide a full refund if this order has been tracked. I would advise contacting FEDEX. If this issue still persists, please do contact us and we will look into this matter further for you.

“Placed an order for same day delivery in the NYC area for a very special birthday milestone on a weekend. “I loved how easy it was to find local florists that deliver on a same-day basis (perfect for last-minute gifters like me). I found a beautiful peony and rose bouquet for my friend from a shop in her neighborhood, and she absolutely loved it. The only thing I would improve about my experience was the loading time on the mobile site - it lagged quite a bit. Overall, I'm very happy with Floom and the many different bouquet options it offers from local florists.”
