“Pretty disappointed, chose a product based on delivery date for somebody’s birthday and 2 days before it was supposed to be delivered they now said it was not possible due to a holiday. Too late to find anything else that could be delivered in time and missed the birthday.”

“My partner was thrilled with the bouquet -- a total surprise as I am in the USA, trying to get flowers to her, and the flowers were delivered to the Oxford Graduate Hotel precisely when promised. And I was thrilled to see that it was exactly what I had ordered. In on-line orders from other companies, I have never gotten what I ordered....this was PRECISELY what I ordered containing all her favorite colors. Thank you FLOOM!”
