Doest come cheap, but last orchids lasted 2 months. This time it was less "grand" but OK I wish floom offered a membership with recurring weekly or monthly flowers delivery.

Easy, fast and reliable. However, flowers were much more pink than described in the image - but the recipient loved them anyway!

I am based in the US and needed a plant delivered to a venue in the UK. Floom made it easy and straightforward to find, order, and pay for both the plant and delivery. Delivery was on time with clear email notifications to let me know it was completed. Thank you for making my job easy!

Truly, worst ever experience from start to finish. Delivery over 24 hours late. Deplorable Communication between Floom and the florist. Tried to cancel and they invoked arbitrary rules that’s are irrational and not customer focused. What ended up being delivered was a total joke and not even close in value to what unpaid. Will never use them again. Suggest you literally run away from Floom. Horrible business and horrible service. I’m working with me cc company to get a refund.

In addition, to your query, you have indicated the order was 24 hours late. As a result of this, I have processed your same day delivery refund which you will receive in 5-7 working days. While the quality of white roses in my bouquet was excellent, there was a discrepancy between the visual representation of the bouquet in the order (ar least 18, if not 24 roses) and the dozen that was delivered. Disappointing.

I live in the United States. Ordered a bouquet for my daughter in Billericay UK. The flowers were delivered on the requested delivery date and were very fresh. She is quite pleased, as am I.

Well, this Floom website is great. It has given me easy access to thoughtful and inspired luxury gifts for my friends and family to enjoy. I live overseas and so FLOOM has been a very welcome and reliable gift service for me. It is quite expensive but there are so many interesting and special gifts to be found, so I guess the saying "You get what you pay for" is true. Thank you FLOOM and all the suppliers that come together on this website.

Flowers arrived on time, the Lillys haven't opened yet but the blue flowers looked like they were half dead. I live and work in Oman and decided after a few flower disasters to try someone new to send my wife a bouquet to cheer her up. Looks like al florists are the same.
