Flowers were nice BUT - delivery was late, I couldn't get a hold of a human to ask for help, I left a voicemail and did not get a return call, and I received a "delivered email" a day later.

Delivering flowers at 5pm for a birthday I ordered days in advance is kind of lame. Also when I called customer service you all were closed. You should definitely be open to help customers during the operating hours of delivery which you stated were 10-6pm pst. I ended up having to re-search who the florist was and calling them directly. Lastly I purchased the upgraded version of these flowers and they were just okay looking. What a bummer.

I am quite disappointed. I purchased a forever rose encased in a watery globe for $60 for my boyfriend. I included a special “inside joke” message with it. The photograph on gloom.com was so beautiful with deep red hues, but what was delivered was a bright pink monstrosity of a rose with specks of paint apparently used on the rose already broken off into the water. The thing looks like cheap, mass-produced junk available at hole-in-the-wall souvenir shops in Times Square. When I went to visit my bf & see what I had gotten him firsthand, I immediately starting apologizing for how crappy it looks. Fortunately my boyfriend is an amazing guy who knew it mist have looked way better in the ad (and he was totally right). The only thing I have gotten from this online buying experience is an expensive lesson in NEVER purchasing flowers online ever again. No more false advertising for me.

Flowers that I ordered for a special someone's birthday were delivered two days late. I was left in the dark on the day of the scheduled delivery with no word of whether the flowers would be delivered or not. I was eventually emailed the next day, and then it took another day to get delivered. I also ordered the "Superior" for an additional $30, but there really wasn't anything superior about it. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending to others.

Unfortunately my original choice was out of stock. An alternative was offered on short notice and unfortunately my alternate gift had to be delivered the day after the special occasion. Was hoping to support local florists by choosing Floom.

Thanks for your review Tony - I'm sorry that our original florist couldn't fulfil your order but I'm pleased that our team was able to have this covered by an alternative local florist. I can see we emailed you early afternoon to let you know but unfortunately, we didn't hear back until the evening with which option you'd prefer. While bouquet gifting is often time sensitive, we also know that a lot of thought goes into selecting the perfect arrangement to convey your message to your loved one and in this case we wanted to allow you the choice of a few options. I am glad however that we were able to get a bouquet out to your recipient and I really appreciate you supporting Floom and our local florists with your order

I live down south and ordered flowers on Friday before for my sister in law in Wilmslow for Saturday. I was very disappointed to receive an email on Saturday that this was not possible even though the bouquet i wanted was still available for purchase. Was offered a refund which I accepted but Ive not received it yet. First time ever that a florist has failed to deliver..very disappointing.

The flowers are not only very small but look absolutely nothing like the photo - not the same flowers or colours and some were already wilted - not at all satisfied considering the price.

Order for same day delivery placed Sat morning. nothing delivered. Query sent Mon. Acknowledgement of query received . Nothing heard. Spoke Wed to help desk who showed email responses sent but which never arrived, though their email request for a review arrived! Eventually learnt that local florist had decided they could not do local delivery. My conclusion is that this is a large organisation where control and communication with local florists is poor. On the plus side they refunded my money quickly. I certainly wont be using them again.

While the selection of bouquets and flowers were impressive, I was unhappy with the quality of the delivery. The flowers were delivered past the promised window (before 6pm) and some of the flowers showed up wilted. Although the florists are fair in saying that the petals are naturally soft, I am unimpressed with the customer service given the extensive competitors in this industry. I will look elsewhere for future flower deliveries.

I'm sorry to hear you weren't 100% happy with your order - I can see we forwarded your photos on to our florist who was able to provide some stem-specific care instructions. Transit can be stressful for some stems however with the proper care and plenty of fresh water they'll perk back up in no time.

Unreliable transaction and poor communication on this (supposed) same-day delivery. After placing the order, I received a message that my payment had been accepted but the order didn’t go through - and if I wanted to sort out the problem I had to call a number in the UK (from abroad). A kind lady answered and explained that this was not an uncommon problem and needed to take all my details again. She said the order would still arrive the same day and that I’d receive a confirmation when it did. I’ve only just received a confirmation 5 days after the fact! Sending condolences is already a sensitive and stressful affair, so this didn’t help.

Hi James Im sorry that you're disappointed with your experience. I understand that there was an order glitch initially with your order and now your order hasnt been delivered. I can see that the Customer Services Team have contacted you to confirm address details. The reason is that on our system the order is indicated as delivered. However, you have confirmed the order was never delivered. This is now a missing order and we'll need to investigate this with the florist. Please can you respond to the email sent to you and we'll take it from there.

Whilst Floom is great as a service, I was really disappointed that the florist we ordered birthday flowers from cancelled at the last minute. I’m pretty sure they would know early on in the day if they can complete the order or not, notice 90 mins before the end of the delivery window isn’t acceptable. This meant I had no opportunity to reorder with another florist for same day delivery. I hope florists who show a pattern of unreliability aren’t allowed to sell via Floom.

I am disappointed by the bouquet that was delivered. I ordered the Arya, I know some flowers were substituted but the bouquet was clearly not as nice as the bouquet I ordered. The delivery windows is very large and doesn't facilitate the delivery process from the customer perspective. The bouquet had be re delivered while someone was working from home at the address so that's really unfortunate. If the delivery person had called maybe this could have been avoided.
