Do not even think about booking with this company!!!! Original booking was flying United airlines, got a call 2 months before departure about a change in airline and times, which was ok however couldn't give me booking reference. Rang airline myself to find out seats on hold but not paid for. Spoke to Joshua Boer numerous times to ask why and told the accounts department needed chasing to do. 4 weeks before departure finally given airline details, air canada with an 11 hour layover in Toronto??? In the end coronavirus put an end to my trip, Florida masters won't refund despite in email from Joshua they would, now going through travel insurance. Absolute joke of a company who lie through their teeth, don't answer the phone or emails. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

ZERO STAR REVIEW wouldnt let me do it but really should be ZERO STARS! Booked in December 2018 to fly out for Christmas 21st December 2019. Worst mistake of our lives. All smiles when taking nearly £17,000 but 3 week before flying out was told that there was a schedule change to flights. When checking with the airline they hadn't even been booked. Paid extra for a named villa, ended up with a different villa that was in poor repair. Numerous emails and telephone messages left to Josh Boer (admin manager) totally ignored even tried Lawson Campbell who quite happily sold us the dream and was told it had nothing to do with him. Got a contact of a supervisor Lee Davy, again doesn't return calls or emails. Took a different route by contacting the owners Jon Bailey and Daniel Anderson again fobbed off and ignored. The only saving grace was Alasdair Nadar (this guy deserves a 5* review for himself) returned all of our calls and 4 days before flying managed to get everything sorted albeit we had to fly on a different day accept a different airport and ended up in a different villa. Absolutely disgusted with this company please do not put yourselves through what we had to endure. All in all best part of 90-100 emails ignored, numerous telephone messages plus messages on linkedin (to Jon Bailey). The Neal and Page Families

Wow. What a shambles of a company. We booked a two week fly-drive with them for Virgin Atlantic flying from Manchester Airport for November 2019 for seven people 18 months in advance. Paid everything off with 11 months to go so we could get our Virgin flight reference and pre-book our seats together. Initially this was done with little issue... Then with three weeks to go we checked with Virgin to see if the flight times had changed only to be informed that our reservations with them had been 'released' and we were no longer on the flight! Obviously we were straight on to Florida 'Masters' only to find that they were now very hard to contact, and when we did get someone, no return call was made. This went on agonisingly for over a week. Eventually a new booking on the same flight was made for us, but most of the seats on the were gone, and we would all be split up throughout the plane. And with two nervous teenagers who had never flown before we were obviously distraught... But It gets worse. With just four days to go, we checked the flights again (had been doing it twice a day) and yet again it was gone! Another round of frantic calls to anyone who would pick the phone up followed. With a couple of days to go, and now totally out of our minds with worry, we were offered either a full refund, Obviously not including our accommodation, park tickets and car parking charges for three cars at Manchester, which we had to cancel or, travel four hours in rush hour traffic on a Friday morning to Gatwick and fly with a budget airlines (Norwegian) with no seating plans. We had to take this option and also pay £500 for a Taxi there and back. Also, the return flights would be a day later, and from Tampa! The stress involved totally ruined what should have been a magical holiday. We have had no explanation or apology from Florida Masters and have been chasing our out of pocket expenses with no success. We can only assume that flights are cancelled and rebooked with a few days to go to get a cheaper rate than you initially paid for. Looking at other reviews, people have had the same or very similar issues. Please think very carefully before using this company.

An absolute waste of time I booked an holiday with this company they got everything mixed up when I received my air tickets I was flying back to Gatwick instead of Manchester took them 2 weeks to sort it and was in cause I gave them 24 hours or I wanted my money back that they did this then when we got to our destination they’d put my husband down for main driver and no additional driver my husband had forgotten his license so we needed to pay $1400 to hire another car I then came home to try and sort this problem with the company and still from June 19 till now November 19 nothing is sorted what a joke Scott from Florida masters is what I will say is I had Lillie last time and everything was plan sailing so I recommend not to use Scott cause he’ll mess stuff up and it’ll take forever to get sorted

Terrible company. We went over Christmas 2017 and got stranded by snow on the east coast. Totally abandoned by Florida masters. 8 of us stranded for 5 days with no help at all. We were never told insurance etc is invalid as the flight from Orlando to Philly becomes a domestic flight even though the same airline takes you on to Dublin. Never told this. No help at all and then just would not answer the phone. Never ever use them again

Worst company I have ever booked a holiday with, happy to take your money then absolutely no communication, I've tried calling and e-mailing and no one ever gets back to you. We were supposed to fly to Orlando on the 9th of October this year and still no confirmation of our flight, I've even called Virgin to be told they have no record of us having booked flights and now the flight is full, I've now cancelled (and lost my deposit) and booked the flights with another company. Don't go near this company they are a joke, I feel totally ripped off, i'll be taking my complaint to the ombudsman as I feel they have just stolen over £1000 from me.

Terrible, stressful experience! We booked our holiday to Disney a year in advance. We thought everything was sorted only to have our flights changed at the last minute. We then found that the transfer from Tampa airport to the Disney resort didn’t actually exist! It was only due to continual request for our transfer information from Florida Masters we found this out. Otherwise we would have been stuck in Tampa airport with no way of getting to the hotel. This lead to 3 weeks of constant emails and phone calls on our part and lack of response on theirs. The flights booked for us were terrible. We did not make one of our connecting flights due to a lack of time between landing and getting to our connection. This resulted in a 33 hour journey home and Florida Masters have shown very little interest in our situation. Never going to book with them again! I would advise anyone thinking of it not to bother using them as they ruined our holiday! What is worse we recommended them to our friends and they had an equally awful experience!

This is the worst worst company I have ever dealt with. The after sales service is awful, they have made so many mistakes and they ignore emails and then lie to you. They don’t provide you with what you’ve booked. They don’t answer the phone. Shocking service will never ever use them again.

DO NOT BOOK!!! with FLORIDA MASTERS. We travel in a couple of days and have spent the last 2 weeks chasing our flight confirmation and accomodation vouchers. We have been fobbed off and told to call back closer to the departure date. For the last 2 days we were promised our paperwork only to find out that that they had not booked our flights or accomodation. Now they are offering us a different flight and still cannot send us any accomodation details. We paid for this holiday over 14 months ago only to be completely stressed out days before we are supposed to go. No one at Florida Masters seems to be bothered and we just keep getting told they will resolve it and will call us back, but they never do. I urge anyone not to bother with this company if you want a stress free holiday, but if you like having to chase up and call a number that keeps hanging up on you or just rings out then this is the company for you! Terrible company and will never book with them again

Oh my gosh where do I start.. Apart from STAY AWAY.. 1st. Booked for Disney hotel so rung Disney to request a low floor and 2 rooms together, we wasn't even booked in. 2nd.. Flight's kept getting different times Florida Masters used the 1st excuse on flight's not out (they were my husband checked the number) so they used the excuse on booking seat's that were a party of 6 so to big. ARE THEY FOR REAL. so we could be anywhere but again no seats. The ATOL protected, well I went to a travel agent and you should be given ABTA protection. The list goes on and on. So rung to get deposit back as nothing was booked. It took me roughly 4 weeks of constant calls, messages left, 2 email address, passed about to about 4 different ppl saying its goes in today and 1pm 3pm ring back at 5pm if not then no one answer's , give it 5, days oh we forgot , there off constantly at wedding's on holiday, and again excuses to avoid. It was the worst holiday company I have ever dealt with. Went to tui got everything I wanted with no problem my hotel is booked everything requested in there seats picked, can't ask for better. All I can say is these 5 star ratings are they really from customer's.?? Please be very careful when considering this company. If I could give it.. 0 rating i would.

Dear Mrs Johnston. Thank you for your review. Just to recap. The day after you arrived at the villa we received your email that you were not happy. We got straight onto the villa management team to fix the problem and within a few hours they had offered us another villa, a 6 bedroom with hot tub, but you refused to move saying that you wanted compensation. We explained that the villa supplier wouldn’t offer compensation if you were not willing to let them fix the problem in resort. You again said you didn’t want to move, so then the villa management tried for several days to come and clean the villa but you would only allow them access at 530 in the morning. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, we will always fix them the best way we can, but only if we are allowed too!! Regards. Florida Masters.

Avoid this company. Pay the extra and book with someone else. We are due to travel in 6 days to Florida, after untold phone calls, they finally calls us back and say we can’t fly direct and we must have an indirect flight. Apparently there is nothing they can do about it and we can’t complain as it’s in their T&C’s. We had this holiday booked for well over a year, and they only decided to change our flights 5 days before travel. Complete joke of a company with awful customer service. AVOIDE AT ALL COSTS

I had to cancel my booking due to unforseen circumstances. Having paid £1,500 upfront, I was told at time of booking that this was the deposit plus the cost of park tickets and car hire. I am now being told I will forfeit all of my initial payment, despite several calls and numerous emails I am still waiting for someone to come back to me to resolve this issue.

we have used Florida master for 5 yrs and would of highly recommended them. Not any more, we have been trying to book a villa with them. we were told they would send us a number of villa in email. That never materialised and when we called Scot young from Florida masters it kept going to answer phone , he never bothered phoning back, then spoke to a James who promised to personally take charge and have villa in an hour. a women called who didn't have a clue while she called and didn't even k ow they ARRANGE just villas. they don't seem to know what there doing at all which is a shame as they use to be a really decent people.

Took our money and hung us out to dry with a terminally ill father to worry about the cost was cheaper to go with Virgin than to pay the "incurred costs" attached with rebooking with this bunch. Thanks for nothing Florida Masters.

From my experience once you pay your deposit the customer service is non existent. After paying the deposit it took 4 attempts for them to get the invoice correct. I contacted the company 8 weeks ago to cancel the holiday due to medical reasons and I am still waiting on the final invoice to provide this to my insurance company. I have chased this up with two members of their staff, but to no avail. I wouldn't recommend this company or even consider using them again in the future

Awful company we allocated a townhouse on arrival someone was in it they should have contacted us to tell us we had been moved, the frustrating thing was no contact with the company while we there, as we know florida well we sorted it out but if it HD been somebody first time it would have been scary,

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Everything appears OK until you book a holiday and they have your deposit money and then the service is non-existent. I have emailed on several occasions and left phone messages for my agent Ashley but I am not getting any straight answers to my question. I was told that he was on the phone and 'unavailable to talk to me' but then when he emailed back a week later he made the excuse that he had been on holiday for a month and only just got back. He still hasn't answered my question though. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

first of all had a good price, I was expected to book a villa with no pictures no flight details and no full details of the 2 car hire , requested this on many occasions only when I said I was going to make a complaint did I finally get some pictures but this time with no cost requested an update on the cost many times but still no reply. makes me think that I was sent some random pictures . also the phone number I was given does not exist. The name of the rep is ALASDAIR NADAR. KEEP CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
