“The best customer care I have ever experienced. I made a mistake when ordering ( ordered two instead of one ) and they sorted it immediately. The dress arrived and it was lovely but I hadn’t lost enough weight despite my efforts and had to return it. Ah well! Next time!”

“I was so reluctant for quite a while abwt Floryday though I used to liked their items when I viewed online but recently gained courage and I ordered with them. And I must say that my first order gave me the best experience ever of online shopping, I was so happy about the Quilty of both the pair of shoes and the dress I ordered were exactly the same way as viewed online. A mistake was made though when a size large dress instead of a size small which I ordered was delivered to me and I almost went crazy but when I send them an email with pictures which were proving that the mistake was on their site and not mine, I was given a coupon which was worth the amount of the wrong size dress delivered to me and was told to reorder keeping the wrong dress item to myself to either sell it or give it away. I still haven't ordered as I'm so excited and I want to add some few more items so that they all are delivered to me at once.”
