Horrible! What I ordered, a beautiful bouquet called Pretty Please, and what was delivered was a bud vase with 6 flowers in it. What a scam. NEVER order from this place. It says it is family owned and the misrepresentation is off the charts. Worst florist experience I have ever had.

I ordered tulips for my wife’s 49th birthday through Flowershopping.com, expecting a beautiful bouquet for a special occasion. Unfortunately, they delivered roses instead, which was a complete disaster. My wife suffers from asthma and respiratory issues triggered by roses, so this mistake was not only disappointing but also potentially harmful. When I reached out to customer service, they requested a photo of the delivered flowers. I complied, only to receive a response that was utterly unhelpful. Their reply stated that they followed their substitution policy and that tulips were out of season, so they replaced them with roses of similar value. They failed to address the fact that roses are a health hazard for my wife. Their response was dismissive and lacked any genuine concern for the issue. They claimed there was nothing more they could do since the roses were not wilted, which is absurd given that the primary issue was my wife’s health, not the condition of the flowers. I expressed my frustration and requested a full refund, explaining that roses were unsuitable for my wife and that they could have contacted me to discuss alternative options. Instead of a resolution, I was met with silence. To make matters worse, their website should not offer tulips if they cannot supply them, especially on the same day. The whole experience was a nightmare, and their customer service was non-existent. I will be posting all details and email correspondence in my review. Avoid Flowershopping.com if you value customer care and timely, accurate deliveries. They did not even offer refund.

Do NOT buy from this company! It’s a scam! I ordered something o thought would be very special for my mothers birthday, specifically a tea cup with roses because it’s her favorite and received one rose with a bunch of cheap carnations in a cheap jar (see photos below). Also paid extra to have it delivered before a certain time and didn’t receive it until hours later. This business is your typical you order and pay a lot and hopefully you won’t know what’s delivered. I kindly asked the m to reimburse me and they argued with me on email and said what they sent was an acceptable substitute. Beyond disappointing and they are expensive!!! Absolutely disappointed and never ordering from this business again! It’s business like this that makes it hard for others trying to do the right thing.

If I could give them a zero I would! Completely changed the bouquet that was sent and said that I should have made a note on exceptions. They hide that in a drop down menu under “product details” at the very bottom on purpose so you don’t know it’s there. It’s one thing to sub a flower or vase it’s quite another to bait and switch! I wanted a beautiful tropical themed one and they sent some ugly plain Jane arrangement! Completely unacceptable and refuse to refund my money. I’m so embarrassed they sent that to my mil.

The item I purchased and what was received was totally different from plants to container. They shipped plants that on one side were dying and the container was a cheap white basket. The plants were in soil where I ordered an arrangement that was in a glass container with beads on the bottom. Order was received later than the two day window they stated. When I complained and sent photos they offered a 10% credit. Big deal. They shouldve made the order right and resent. Do not use this company. Stick with local florists and if not possible, Costco.com.

My mom sent me flowers through FlowerShopping.com. after I had surgery. When I sent her a thank u text with the photo of them she said that's not what I ordered. She called the florist who was hired by FlowerShoppijg.com. She was told that the website only sent them $26, so the boutique was $26 worth of flowers. My mom spent $45, plus tax, plus delivery at a total of around $70. They took $20 for themselves and no where did she read that that is what is done by using their website and that I would not be getting the exact boutique she wanted to send me. I would never recommend using their website. The purple boutique is what she thought I was getting and did not.

I gave a 1 because 0 was not an option Ordered a beautiful bouquet of violet roses an assorted flowers - What came was awful - 2 pitiful roses and the rest were mums and daisies that looked stressed and dehydrated. Will NEVER use this service again - and HIGHLY recommend ANY other service.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. got no notification that they werent delivered. representative gaslighted and talked over me on the phone when I called to complain. No refund, nothing, and flowers delivered late. I will NEVER order from this company again. Buyer beware.

This is an awful company. They are not family-owned and operated since they farm out their deliveries to 3rd party flower shops and refuse to refund you for errors such as mine in which they delivered the wrong flowers. I rarely write reviews, but they are awful to deal with. I would stay away and make sure you deal directly with a local flower shop, which is what I thought I was doing. It was a terrible experience, and they had misspellings on the card, which they brushed off. They will not give refunds, no matter what they say. Order # 3898629

Placed an order, paid extra to have it delivered by a certain time - nada. Delivery never came. I tried calling and you CANNOT check the status of a current or past order, the only way to speak to someone is to place an order - and if you tell them you are calling about an existing order they 'take a memo' and tell you someone will call you. (they wont). I've had to dispute the charge on my card because this is essentially a fake site set up to steal peoples money.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I placed an order on Friday to be delivered on Sunday, and I even paid the extra for that Sunday delivery. It's now Tuesday and I've been told each day the flowers would be delivered the next day AND I cannot get ahold of anyone on their customer service phone number. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They promised my delivery for Saturday which they never did, they sent AN EMAIL on Saturday at 11:30am saying they can’t deliver that day they will deliver Monday or Tuesday. Not even a call we spent all day waiting for the flowers later on the day I saw the email. When i called rhey are still in hours of operation but is impossible to get in touch with them. No one to answer for an issue with a call but when you call to place a new order they have someone answering. They also said I have to wait until Monday because they don’t have anyone on Sunday and my delivery was supposed to be on Saturday. When I finally spoke to a supervisor name Lisa she offer me a few more flowers and a delivery for Tuesday or another day. Which I did not accept because my grandmother bday was Saturday not Tuesday. Her answer was: I’m sorry I don’t have a Time Machine. Save your money and your emotions because this people don’t care about you or your family member. They try to get the business and your lonely and never deliver what they promised.

Don’t order here. They will send you something you didn’t order and not do anything to fix it. My nieces 16th birthday was on 8/16 so I ordered a bouquet of purple flowers (her favorite color) and they sent orange! Didn’t call, didn’t ask, and didn’t rectify the situation.

Warning -- they'll take your money and tell you your order is all set, then cancel it later in the day. I ordered two items for a dear friend whose husband died. My credit card was charged and the website said my orders were accepted for same-day delivery. Out I went for the day, glad my friend would be receiving flowers. I arrived home in the evening to find emails saying my orders were cancelled because they could not make delivery to my area. So why were my orders accepted in the first place? Infuriating. Will never use again.
