I should have paid attention to the ratings for this company. I ordered two days in advance for my niece's birthday and at 2:30 PM on her birthday, they informed me they can not fill the order. Now I can't get her a gift delivered on her birthday because they couldn't fill it nor inform me timely that they couldn't. Very disappointed and when I called to see if we could work it out, they wouldn't take the call because they were busy and you can't leave a message.

Everything went wrong. First, my order was never delivered on the date promised for my mom's 81st birthday...then, I was sent an email the next day saying they couldn't make the order the previous day...apoligized...and said they would upgrade it and send it out the very next day. "We promise." they said. Did they? Nope...never delivered after the "promise" of next-day delivery, and then I was sent an email. It said, "Sorry. We don't deliver to this address." This was after I placed the order over a week in advance...was told delivery was their fault and promised an upgrade...and never had a return call after trying to get in touch with them numerous times. Oh, and good luck trying to go through their automated phone service...it just sends you in a loop. I also complained about this to no avail. UGH!! As a result, I never got the refund...and my mom never got flowers from her son for her 81st birthday. My advice? Stay as far away from these people as possible.

I do not like to leave bad reviews. However, I spent close to $90 for a birthday bouquet for my mother's 75th birthday. I will say upfront it never got delivered. This was even after I got an actual phone call from a so called representative guaranteeing me delivery on that same day of the call. You can NEVER reach a live person no matter what time you call them. I received an email today after I messaged the customer service saying I just wanted to cancel my order and receive my money back. I don't care about the amount it is the principal of it all. I am prepared to take it a step further if I don't get those funds credited back to my account. People are just ridiculous playing games with people's hard earned money. One thing for sure is they take a gamble, because you never know just who they are scamming and what type of reach that person may have. I attached two pieces of communication from the company in case someone doesn't believe I actually attempted to do business with them. This was the worse experience ever. My mom is in a rest home and I live 4 1/2 hrs away..her 75th should have been special...instead she was very sad when she never received my "surprise" that I told her to watch for...

We sent our daughter a bouquet for her first new baby boy. The flowers were dead. I'm so unhappy with this Company. I am taking the time to write this review so any other parent who would like to send flowers do not use this Company. The flower were not happy they were depressing and I told her to trash them. They were not boy for a baby boy either. Please do not use this Company.

Flowers were never delivered. Customer Service line was not answered, just kept looping the same message. I called the number to order flowers and was surprised that someone answsered. Voiced my complaint.Order was placed two days ago. I saw the positive reviews, not sure how I missed the others referring to fraud. I am so upset. The representative said someone would call me, which does nothing for the flowers I wanted for a funeral today. I am going to dispute the charge when it hits my credit card.

Fraud fraud fraud Scam scam scam. No customer service. They don’t deliver they take your Cc info and never send the delivery. Do not do it.

I ordered the premium white roses and stargazer lilies. The arrangement that was sent was not at all what I ordered. I paid $115 for a bouquet I could have gotten at the grocery store for a third of that price, AND I would walk out with exactly what I’d picked out to buy. I won’t use them again. Caveat emptor.

Do not trust flowershopping.com if you want flowers delivered on time or delivered at all. This was such an important delivery, 30 year anniversary for someone who just lost her husband unexpectedly 2 months ago. I wanted her to get the flowers on her anniversary since her husband couldn't. I'll never use this company again. I've never had luck with online florists, after multiple issues using 1800Flowers.com I decided to give FlowerShopping.com a try. I didn't think it could get worse than 1800flowers but FlowerShopping.com topped them. Not only did they not deliver the flowers, they advertise bouquets they can't make because they sub it out to local florists who don't have what they advertise. I can somewhat understand this, all other online florists sub out to local florists. But it didn't end there. They call to tell me they put the order on hold and to call back and "ok" the substitute flowers and vase. I call the number back at 10, 10:30, 11am, 11:30am EDT to get a message they aren't open yet, even though the hours were during the advertised open hours. I decide to send an email to "ok" the subscription. They tell me they released the hold and assured me the flowers would be delivered the same day. But they never delivered them. No attachments of the flowers to upload. I'm sure they would look like garbage if they actually showed up.

This is a fraudulent website. They only take orders and don't process them. Their customer service telephone number puts you in an endless loop. They give you vague responses by email. Do not buy from them.

This is a complete fraud site! Do not buy from this vulture. They took my money and never delivered the flowers for my daughter’s 21st birthday. It’s been over a week and no one is in customer service and I have called the main line as well. I received a generic email stating I would be refunded immediately, that was seven days ago. I am reporting to the BBB and CFPB

0 stars! I orderd an arrangement and chocolates for my mom for her birthday. The order was never sent. I called for 10 days trying to get ahold of someone. Noone is available for checking order status. You can be on the phone for hours pushing 1 & 2 to talk to someone. I was able to leave 5 messages through the order line. Noone wver called me back and on the 10th day i found out my order was cancelled! You all are the worst! Thanks for making my mom feel forgotten on her birthday! She is in the early stages of dementia and this was hard for her!🤬🤬🤬🤬 🤬🤬🤬! You are horrible people! I cant even answer questions below cause order was NEVER delivered!

I ordered a bouquet pictured and $19 chocolates. No chocolates arrived and customer service was not apologetic.. less flowers than pictured now tied on crappy…

First they had to substitute a different arrangement, then the couldn't deliver on the day requested and said delivery would be the next day, then they said they couldn't deliver on that day and I could have a more expensive arrangement and have delivery the NEXT day, THEN they just said sorry we dont deliver in your area. Say WHAT? They gave me a full refund but unfortunately my flowers never arrived and it's too late now. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I will NEVER use this company again.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR FLOWER NEEDS! Paid for premium flowers and was literally delivered wilted flowers and they gave a regular bouquet instead of the premium that I paid for. This company refuse to rectify it or refund me. Also I paid for 4 balloons, only received 2 and one was deflated.

Do Not use this company! They do not answer their phones and takes forever to reply to email. I had to act like I was placing a new order to even get someone. Then they finally emailed me and changed my order number. I placed an order for a lucky bamboo plant with 2 Mylar balloons and some latex balloons. I paid extra to have it delivered on Sunday. Well it wasn’t delivered on Sunday and midday the next day they still weren’t delivered. Took an hour to get ahold of someone because no one answers the part you need. I sent an email with no response. Finally pretended I was placing a new order and got someone. She said she would help me and gave her all my info and order number. She said it would be delivered this day. About an hour later I got my first email. Offered no refund for not delivering on Sunday but that it would go through. Got another email the order was placed and had a whole new order number. Got another email they needed to upgrade. I just said get my item to the person! Hours went by and the person finally got their order. It was NOT what I ordered and it had no balloons. I mean the company they used never contacted me about what changes were being made. They sent a plant that’s more for a funeral than saying congrats. The flower pot was horribly ugly light orange and the bow was rust color. I would have never picked anything like that out for saying congrats! Then on the typed out message I did they spelled my name wrong!! So they use people that don’t contact and ask you what you’d like. I continued to email them about this horrible experience. They asked for the pic of what I got and said well sometimes things aren’t available and we use the freshest plants blah blah blah. Good for you! But someone should contact the person paying and tell them what they have or ask what they’d like instead. They are refusing a full refund and offered me refund of a balloon, yes one balloon and 15% of the order. I told them I’d take it but I’m filing a complaint with my credit card company as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I’m so embarrassed by what my friend got on what was a happy occasion.

Never hire this service. They promise same-day delivery, charge more for this service, and are unable to deliver. In addition to a totally confusing service, where they offer services that they do not have the operational capacity to perform. Grade 0 for your services.

I ordered a big, beautiful bouquet with roses and lilies and other higher end flowers including a special, nicer vase along with a happy birthday balloon. What my mother-in-law received was a few carnations and daisies. No balloon, about 1/4 of the volume and much cheaper flowers in a dollar store vase. It looked like I went to the gas station and bought a $5 bunch of flowers. I was embarrassed as these were delivered during her birthday celebration. I reached out and they offered me a measly 15% refund. A good, honest company would have immediately refunded me and offered to send another bouquet to make it right. Never again! I tried to add pictures of what I ordered vs. What she got and conveniently the system is "unable to download at this time" I was finally able to get the Pic of what she received added but not of what I ordered. It was supposed to be the Meant to Be Bouquet by teleflora. It certainly was NOT!

Very dissatisfied…I contacted customer service and forwarded photos of the arrangement I ordered and photo of what they sent. They have omitted several flowers. The claim the substituted. I’m don’t think roses are substituted with carnations! I will never order from them again.

NOT DELIVERED ON THE DAY PROMISED, FREE UPGRADE DID NOT HAPPEN..... LATE DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY AND IT WASN'T EVEN THE FLOWER ARANGEMENT THAT I HAD ORDERED. I ALSO PAID FOR A BALOON AND THERE WAS NO BALOON DELIVERED. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED...... REQUESTING FULL REFUND....
