My order came to a total of 82.15$ but I was charged 112.03$ My flowers also did not come in the vase it showed in the picture.

SCAM! I searched for a local florist and this company came up. It wasn't until I completed paying did their true address appear. I ordered flowers on a Sunday for a funeral on Wednesday. On THURSDAY I was notified that would not be delivered. This was a HORRIBLE thing to do.

Ordered a deluxe version of an arrangement off their website of Purple roses, Blue carnations and other flowers. Over $106.00. What I received was 6 purple rose with filler in an arrangement worth about $30.00. I ask that they pickup the arrangement and give me a refund, but they refused multiple times.

STAY AWAY!!! I placed an online order with flowershopping.com on Friday 4/5/24. By my standards, it was an expensive flower arrangement. Without getting overly personal, suffice it to say, that TO ME, it was an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERY. Placing the order was a smooth and easy process. IRONICALLY, since this situation was so critical to me, I elected to engage the services of a Large Nationwide Retailer, so as NOT to run the risk of having something so important to me be ruined by the poor follow through of a small local flower shop. When I placed the order on their website, AT NO TIME was I informed that it was even a POSSIBILITY that the arrangement that I had selected would NOT be delivered on the date promised, which was Friday 4/5/24. Later in the day, I received an email that my order had been cancelled. As soon as I saw the email, I IMMEDIATELY called their customer service number to express my surprise and my displeasure with their cancellation. It should be noted that I used my Debit Card to pay for this transaction. It is my VERY STRONG feeling that a company like this should NOT EVER charge a customer's payment method until it has been determined that the order in question can be PROPERLY EXECUTED in a TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. The bottom line is that I did NOT get my funds returned to me and they DID NOT execute the floral delivery, AS AGREED. In fact, I still do NOT have my funds returned to me AND because of the FACT that I utilized a Debit Card to make this purchase (and that it was nearly ALL of the funds that I had available to me at that time, (NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE DAY TO IDENTIFY AN ALTERNATE VENDOR) I was unable to purchase the flowers elsewhere. They offered no REAL SOLUTION to me during multiple follow up phone calls. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THEY FAILED TO EXECUTE THE ORDER THAT I PAID FOR!!! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE OFFERED NO SATISFACTORY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered Iris flowers for my 20th anniversary, they sent the florist a generic order which didn’t even have my order. This is such a scam, I rejected the order because it’s not what I ordered. Then they charged me $15 for disposal fee. I do not recommend this website. It’s a waste of the buyer’s time and florist.

They are awful!!!! Ordered flowers, they never arrived. I called the customer service line. Nobody answered, and there was no way to leave a message. I called the 1-800 number to place an order. When I was prompted to “check delivery status”, I was disconnected. Scam.

My wife and I spent a great deal of time finding just the right bouquet in the lilac/lavender colors we wanted. We had specific reasons for wanting this, it was important to us. She had me preview the options and We ordered two of them for delivery today. They were well received which is a good thing (recipients had no idea it wasn't at all as ordered) however, these 2 orders are absolutely not even close to what we searched for and they are the same option/same bouquet but absolutely different from each other as well.....not the options your site came up with, that we chose and paid for. Every decision we made was negated......from flower type to color, style of arrangement to vase color/ size.....EVERYTHING was changed and not what we chose! Its understood that sometimes substitutions need to be made, but you don't dismiss my entire order choice! No matter the quality this is absolutely wrong! If I'd wanted a mixed color bouquet arranged completely different from the advertisement for these I'd have ordered one. I ordered lavender/purple/lilac and your site came up with these options which tells me you know the difference between burgundy, deep red, pink. I did not ask for these colors and if you cannot provide any bit of what you advertised then don't post it, don't offer it. Substitution does not mean you arbitrarily change every single thing and not contact me.These arrangements have no resemblance to the offering, not at all and that is unacceptable! I'm not happy that you dismissed every choice I made and paid for on BOTH orders . I am happy they were delivered, that my sisters liked them. Glad they didn't know the details behind the scenes.

I ordered the deluxe, true love bouquet. The basic bouquet was supposed to resemble the photo. The deluxe was said to have more flowers and be of higher quality. Not only did it not resemble the basic bouquet it didn’t have more flowers and definitely wasn’t a higher quality. I would not use them again. Don’t offer a deluxe edition if it won’t be anything more than the basic. Scam.

How did I miss reviews before ordering with them, I have attached a photo, the left side is what I ordered (a beautiful cart with flowers)and the right side is what got delivered (I had paid separately for the toy, and no issue with it). They had charged fees for same-day and rush delivery but delivered the next day

Flowers not delivered. No response from the company in spite of repeated efforts to contact them. I will now have to contact my credit card company. There is nothing positive to say about this company. Do not do business with them under any circumstances.

I wish I could give this website zero stars. We used this website to order an arrangement for the mother of one of our employees who was recuperating from surgery. A picture of the arrangement (which cost around $60) we ordered is attached. A picture of what was delivered is also included. I could have done better by visiting my local grocery store. The card that came with the arrangement was handwritten (very poorly). A picture of the note is included. I understand florists may have to substitute based on availability; however, I expect a comparable substitution. There is no comparison here. To make matters worse, when FlowerShopping.com was notified, they resolved to offer 10% off the product price plus a $5.00 refund for the messy handwriting on the card message. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their resolution, they did not respond. This is bad business, to say the least!

I ordered purple/ amethyst floral bouquet and paid $107 for the arrangement. I was sent multicolored flowers that did not look anything like the arrangement advertised. This is ‘ bait and switch “

I ordered flowers from Flowershopping.com for my brother in laws wake and they were terrible, most of them were dead, it was a disgrace. I was so disappointed. I would not recommend this company at all.

I am very dissatisfied with thei services and product.   I was charged twice for the order. Once on 3/17/24 for $98.92 and again on 3/18/24 for $88.25.  Additionally I ordered Item# TEV31-3C, a premium Teleflora Radiant Reflection Bouquet to be delivered on Sunday, 3/17/24 because the recipient, my daughter-in-law was leaving for Japan for a birthday trip on 3/18.   The item was not delivered until 3/18/24.  Also, the item delivered was not what was ordered.  Not only were their services misrepresented, but the product as well.

I placed order online Saturday morning for an arrangement that was listed on sale for $37. I was charged tax, delivery fee of $19.99 plus same day fee $3.95. The flowers were not delivered even though I received a confirmation email that they were. Then they were to be delivered Sunday which they weren’t. My PayPal charge already processed & my sister never received her gift. I called today & was already issued refund which was nice but still no flowers & her birthday came is gone. Very disappointing.

Terrible company and customer service. Company charges an extra fee to deliver on Sundays, but does not deliver in a timely manner. I ordered at 6am the day prior to the delivery and by 6pm the following day my ordered had not arrived. Customer service rep couldnt answer the question or even confirm I had a delivery. She had to refer my order to the florist the used, but could not give me the name. This company ruined a very special occasion.

Iam a military Dr I ordered flower arrangement to a business @ $120 , they send the wrong item that I picked at much lower price .. they refused to correct the mistake or refund the money.. they offered to give me 15% discount and hung up .. Don’t use Flower Shppping if you value your money 👎.
