“Your website was easy to use, there was plenty of choice of colour, prices and my friend was delighted with her bouquet, which arrived on requested date. i now wish to unsubscribe and cannot find any method of doing so. pls do this for me”

“I have used flying flowers many times and the quality is always good I had to take a star off due to the flowers being left o the front door in the blazing sunshine, the chocolates melted , but was able to revive the flowers The delivery person only had to put them on the right side in the shade”
