“Would normally give 5 stars as Flying Flowers have always been great. But they decided to change the website just at a time when many people would be placing multiple orders for Xmas, leaving the address book and payment details not working for a period making the job much harder. Pleased to see that all is working again now though.”

“Happy with the flowers sent to Mum but a little disappointed that the Lindt chocs were missing . I have no complaints though as I contacted customer service and they credited the amount back to my account and apologised immediately . I will carry on using them as I have done many times in the past 😊”

“Really good- from price to delivery. Everything as I requested and delivered on the day. The recipient sent me a photo of the received flowers and again exactly as shown on the website pre order. Will definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks.”

“Flowers arrived and my friend was very pleased with them. I didn't get any notification to say the flowers had been sent so I did message flying flowers via Instagram as the email kept coming back rejected. Anyway the service via Instagram was good.”
