“I was impressed with the service but the email you sent me said if I ordered straight away which was on Saturday the flowers would arrive on Mothering Sunday but then it said they would be delivered on Monday which they were.”

“Ordering was a problem but after several emails a refund was given for the second order placed. A second order had been placed because something went wrong when placing the first order and I didn't receive confirmation of it.”

“Flowers were great but delivery by DPD was very poor. The flowers were left outside the building side fire escape door, no attempt was made to contact from the front main entrance. The flowers only arrived because the cleaner saw them and completed DPDs delivery for them.”

“The flowers arrived a day late after the birthday. It was very disappointing because I thought it would be next day delivery when I ordered. I chose Royal Mail on the option for delivery. Had I seen the courier option before paying I would have chosen that and paid extra.”
