“Flowers, chocolates & ribbon ordered 28/08/2020 for postal delivery 04/09/2020. As of today 07/09/2020 nothing has been delivered. I expect either a full refund or the order completed and delivered in the next 5 days. I have used your service on many occassions but this may be the last!”

“Very efficient- I put the wrong date by mistake. I e-mailed asking if they would change it to the next day which was the day I wanted them delivered and they immediately e-mailed back and said that it would be possible. My daughter was thrilled with the beautiful sunflowers”
