“I ordered 7 bouquets to be delivered on 2/3 September, all arrived on 2nd and everyone was delighted with their flowers. Especially one lady who says they are still looking and smelling wonderful, she was also extremely impressed with the packaging and instructions. I am about to order one more bouquet as I now have the correct address.”

“There was no notice to say which way up the parcel should be and the flowers were obviously carried upside down and were delivered upside down. The gel had leaked. Disappointed with flowers this time - not as good as last two bunches. Don't know when they were delivered as person was not at home (it was a surprise so didn't know they were coming). Should have been Saturday and thy were delivered today.”
