“The flowers were ok but I could have got much better from my local Asda and the 3 chocolates I paid extra for were a complete waste of money the only reason I’ve given 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were delivered on the day I asked for so if you could refund the amount I paid I would be appreciated”

“Reported to be in good condition but less freesias than described. Ordered letterbox package but postman didn't knock and left on doorstep which was unfortunate as there longer than necessary. Checked that letterbox would have taken the box. Maybe an issue to address with delivery company as could have been stolen.”
