“The flowers were beautiful”

“Wrong colour of flowers sent Then the stems were cut so short the flowers were actually in the water in the vase. .Flying flowers absolutely massacred these flowers - for two bunches - at a Huge cost of £54 Shameful and totally unprofessional. No respect for the flowers or the customer.”

“Despite the fact that I had placed the order a week in advance of the requested delivery date, you sent it out only on the day, thus ensuring that it would arrive late, as I had not specified courier delivery. I know you only guarantee delivery for courier shipments but I think that you should also inform customers that postal deliveries will be held back until the requested delivery date. I feel that I was misled, as I thought that ordering early would imply a timely postal shipment.”

“Original order wS not delivered at all, when contacted I was told they had been delivered after some tooing and frying they were replaced but again delivered a day later than I was told. When they were delivered they were beautiful. Did not get an email to confirm delivery, not sure I would use you again, but email responses were good and timely”
