“The Flowers were okay but the vase was broken. The recipient let you know and you did give a partial refund; unfortunately not the full price of the vase.”

“Dear Flying Flowers, Once again excellent service. My daughter received a bouquet of gladiolus for her birthday and when she opened it, she was a bit disappointed with my choice of flowers. However when she put them in a vase and they opened up, gladiolus have now become her favourite flowers. They are also mine and my fathers favourite flowers. I have been using Flying Flowers since we lived in Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War 30 years ago, and never been disappointed. So thank you once again for your excellent service. Joan Young.”

“Sender's name wasn't mentioned on the hamper I sent to MY FAMILY & THEY WERE EVER SO CONFUSED about WHO SENT THIS PARCEL. I THINK ITS ALWAYS BETTER TO AT LEAST WRITE THE SENDER NAME PLS THANKS”
