“I brought the Dazzling Jewel Letterbox +25% extra flowers for my husband for our 1st anniversary, I ordered them a few weeks in advance and they arrived early on the date requested and were perfect. They looked stunning and still do”

“I ordered two lots of flowers by mistake.I did send a message straight away for one to be cancelled but it was too late.As it turned out the poor quality of the flowers needed there to be two to make a decent display.£48 is a lot of money for what was delivered. My daughter in law was also a little disappointed.Needless to say I would not order again”

“The flowers DID NOT arrive at their destination. The elderly lady for whom they were bought, had no present from me for her 80th birthday. Disappointment all around. This is not the standard of service I had expected from Flying Flowers. I had an online chat yesterday (Monday) and was assured they would be delivered yesterday. As of now, midday Tuesday, they have still not arrived.”
