“There was nothing wrong with flowers. My complaint is with Royal Mail who attempted delivery at 7.25 am ,rapped the door once and was off before I could get to upstairs window, far less door. Went to depot at 10.15 that morning but it closed at 10.00. No opening times were printed on card. I had to go there to read notice on door. Eventually picked flowers up following morning. They survived fairly welliren”
