“My granddaughter was thrilled with the flowers, which came the next day via post, as ordered. Her twins loved the chocolates too. Your efficiency is possibly my only criticism as I didnt realise that I needed to add a code for the free vase until just as I completed the order. I emailed straight away but was told the order was out for delivery , so the vase code could not be added!”

“Good service .have sent to family and friends so have not seen the flowers personally.a pity that being a customer a few times was not offered the chocolates when ordering. Should have got them through women’s weekly with a code. Friends loved the flowers.”

“Quick and easy service. Large variety of flower choices. I saw a photo of the delivered goods and they were very pretty, but perhaps not as large a display as I had expected.”

“I needed flowers for a good friend to say happy birthday and sorry from me too. They had to be in good condition and be delivered the next day. Thats exactly how they were and delivery was on time. They were packaged in a gel solution to keep them fresh and they open up beautifully I've been told.”

“My friend loved her Birthday flowers..eventually. They were delivered @ 9.30am ish but there was no indication they were flowers..being flat packed and put through letter box. She only opened them when I rang at 4.30pm!! Some title or note should be put into the box re: to unpack asap..or your title and logo etc. It was such a pity I had to ring her..it did spoil the moment.of surprise.”

“My friend loved the flowers and card but the biscuits were missing. I sent 2 emails telling this but never heard back from you. No complaints about the flowers as she said they were beautiful but I did order the flowers, and and biscuits and as I said the biscuits were missing.”
