“I paid for extra for dpd courier and on the day of delivery was told they couldn’t deliver on time and would have to be sent by Royal Mail and may not be the day required. I was so disappointed that they did not arrive on the correct day as I had ordered them with 5 days notice. Although I had the delivery refunded it does not compare to the disappointment of the late delivery.”

“The flowers were for my daughter in law. She tells me they were wilting when she received them. She plunged them into cold water and after a while they picked up.”

“I have used a Flying flowers numerous times now. I have never been disappointed and the flowers have always been delivered on chosen date. The quality of the flowers are excellent and are usually in bud so open up once put in vases. I would highly recommend. Mrs C Emerick”

“Ordering process easy & efficient. Great selection of flowers & bouquets at excellent prices. Honoured the exclusive WI offer. Thanks a bunch. As yet I have not heard from the receiver of the flowers, so on this occasion I cannot answer all the questions below. However all other deliveries this year have been on time and very appreciated.”

“I have just spoken to the recipient. Some rises were dead on arrival on Wednesday and today the bunch had to be thrown away as the rest if the flowers were dying. It was only 2 days after arrival... I am so upset and angry as they were for my mother in law in a home who I am unable ti see because if covid.”

“This is the THIRD time that I have ordered the Lush Lilacs bouquet and for the THIRD time I am pleased to say that the recipients have all been delighted. The special bonus of free chocs and silver ribbon were also very gratefully received, although the recipients didn't know they were free, my bank balance did!
