“The receivers of the flowers said they were vere good ant the photograph they send us indicated the same. Royal Mail delivered them a day after we thought they would.”

“I sent birthday flowers to my cousin via DPD which I understand were delivered on the day and handed to her daughter. However the message from DPD sent to me (300 miles away) said they were left in the shed. I had to ring my cousin to find out if they were actually there. Despite hiccup she said how lovely the flowers were and had arrived in perfect condition although the box was somewhat battered.”
