“Well the flowers arrived with the box crushed and the flowers damaged not dropped off at the apartment door ! My friend has had a stroke so I opted for the arranged bouquet not the letterbox type I normally order so I guess the postman takes better care with diliverys . A sad end and embarrassing end to what was supposed to be a nice "surprise " for a very dear friend who I'm unable to visit in these times Angus Anderson”

“The flowers were received in superb condition and on the day stipulated by my sister ,who had just had surgery. She was absolutely delighted with them and appreciated the fact that as they were arranged in a bouquet,she could simply put them straight into a vase.”
