“The flowers arrived when suggested but I had ordered free chocolates in addition and these were not delivered. When I checked my order this had not been included, despite me definitely selecting that option.”

“I ordered in plenty of time and flowers arrived 3 days late,they also looked half dead,WONT be ordering from flying flowers again. I did complain and was given the full amount back though.”

“The flowers arrived quite squashed, due to the very thin packaging. We appreciate the fact that your company are trying to reduce packaging and thus reduce waste, however we feel that these flowers needed slightly more room for their journey. They did pick up fine after being in water and I have had an email with a full refund, which was very much appreciated, thanks. I will still be using your company in the future as I have always been very pleased with your service.”
