“For £32 it was Avery poor bunch of flowers::: it wasn’t as good as a £5 bunch from Sainsbury’, For example, the two small sunflowers (3”) didn’t fully open whilst the large (5”) Sainsbury’s One has been. Fully open for a longer period. I could go on! I would certainly not recommend them to anyone,”

Hi Louise, I am so sorry to hear the 2 sunflowers didn't open, I hope the 3 yellow craspedia, 2 purple bi coloured roses, 2 peach/pink roses, 3 blue iris, 3 cerise stocks and 2 thlaspi green bell were in a better condition, I can confirm I have sent yourself an email addressing this, kind regards, Amy

Hi Pamela, Once again our sincere apologies. I can see you chose Royal Mail delivery option where's there a 90% chance your gift will arrive on the selected date but there is a small chance it will arrive the next working day. “the flowers i ordered for my sister were brown on the edges and rose was dry and mouldy so another bunch was sent out which were not much better so very dissapointing my sister has said not to use you no more but it must only be in scotland as the other bunches which i have sent have always been beautiful”
