“The flowers arrived quite squashed, due to the very thin packaging. We appreciate the fact that your company are trying to reduce packaging and thus reduce waste, however we feel that these flowers needed slightly more room for their journey. They did pick up fine after being in water and I have had an email with a full refund, which was very much appreciated, thanks. I will still be using your company in the future as I have always been very pleased with your service.”

“For £32 it was Avery poor bunch of flowers::: it wasn’t as good as a £5 bunch from Sainsbury’, For example, the two small sunflowers (3”) didn’t fully open whilst the large (5”) Sainsbury’s One has been. Fully open for a longer period. I could go on! I would certainly not recommend them to anyone,”

Hi Louise, I am so sorry to hear the 2 sunflowers didn't open, I hope the 3 yellow craspedia, 2 purple bi coloured roses, 2 peach/pink roses, 3 blue iris, 3 cerise stocks and 2 thlaspi green bell were in a better condition, I can confirm I have sent yourself an email addressing this, kind regards, Amy

Hi Pamela, Once again our sincere apologies. I can see you chose Royal Mail delivery option where's there a 90% chance your gift will arrive on the selected date but there is a small chance it will arrive the next working day.
